HIL Testing on Real-Time Target Example Code
This demo project showcases actual use case example for RCP (Rapid Control Prototype) test on NI platform, where a user tests the developed control algorithm before deploying it to the actual ECU hardware. This test is usually done completely on the software; both plant model and control algorithm are executed on the software platform.
This demo can also be expanded for the HIL (Hardware In the Loop) test use case, and as an example, this demo also showcases restbus simulation of the other ECUs and physical hardware connection to the control algorithm under test.
